What has your team done in the past to support diverse talent?:

We support our managers to lead diverse teams through education around unconscious biases and how to identify talent that may seem different. Our future plans include creating more communities and mentorship teams within Trux to help our employees develop and grow professionally.

What does your team hope to do in the future to support more diverse talent?:

We have amazing plans that support diverse talent at Trux. One of those is to create more communities and mentorship teams internally to help our employees develop and grow professionally.
