Why is Care Academy such a great place to work?

What has your team done in the past to support diverse talent?

CareAcademy is a B corp, regularly attends conferences and workshops which support an inclusive environment as well as makes regular donations to groups supporting diversity as well as an annual service day on MLK Jr. day.

What does your team home to do in the future to support more diverse talent?

In the future, CareAcademy would like to increase our volunteer efforts, create a diversity and inclusion council on the team to ensure that company policies and practices live up to CareAcademy’s mission and ideals as well as provide implicit bias training on a regular basis.

Are there innovation solutions your team is working on this year. This will give candidate a sense of what kind of work they might be doing if the join your team.

This year CareAcademy is the only caregiver training company which is mobile-first and has set out to offer interoperability for home care agencies. The home care space is very fragmented today and CareAcademy is disrupting that to create the highest level of efficiency for home care owners.
